HOOK A HANDBAG GAME: TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
How to Enter:
To enter the ‘Hook a Handbag’ promotion shoppers must prove they have purchased a total of £25.00 at Brunswick including stores and cafes on Saturday 3 November 2018 and Sunday 4 November 2018.
Shoppers must visit the on-site event team on the day to have their receipts validated and claim.
Upon validation of receipts, entrants will be asked to hook a handbag of their choice from the on site display , if the hooked handbag has a lucky voucher inside the entrant wins the handbag.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives are available.
Eligibility:
Open to all UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees and their families of the Promoter and its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
Only one entry per person per transactions and only one entry per day per person.

Duration of Competition:
The competition opens between 11 am and 4 pm on Saturday 3 November 2018 and on Sunday 4 November 2018, and can only be entered during these periods.
General:
All entrants must be over 16 years of age at the date of entry.
Anyone not acting in the spirit of the promotion will be disqualified.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All entrants agree to have their name and image being published on www.brunswickshopping.com and social media pages (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram).They agree to their participation being broadcast, recorded and repeated without being entitled to any payment.
Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the prize draw/prize and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
All additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the winners.
It is a condition of entry to the competition that these rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.
