Blog — New uniform for Brunswick
Our staff have undergone a stylish makeover, ahead of the busy festive shopping season, as part of the Centre’s commitment to creating a happier, friendlier place to work and shop.
The 7 strong security team has waved goodbye to the old grey uniforms and embraced smart 3 piece suits with blue shirts and brand matching woven ties.
Housekeeping has also been given a practical new look with Brunswick Team branded polo shirts, zip through fleeces and chinos.
Manager at the centre, Sue Anderson – Brown, said: “There has been much excitement in the centre as staff have been wearing their new workwear for the first time.
“It’s important for us to make our customers feel secure and valued, especially ahead of the Christmas rush, we’re focused on providing first-class customer service and creating a fun, friendly place to work and shop and our new look uniforms are a visible way to underpin our commitment. “
New distinctive workwear is just another initiative rolled out to reinforce Brunswick’s position as the shopping heart of Scarborough. Already this year, the Centre has revamped interiors, staged local artist exhibitions, launched a local foodbank appeal and more recently has opened a free Ping Pong Parlour in partnership with Table Tennis England.
Security team supervisor, Josh Waterman said: “We are all really pleased with our new uniforms and have been getting some great compliments from customers on how smart we look.”
