Planning Your Trip – FAQ’s

News — Planning Your Trip – FAQ’s

Great news – stores are open and others getting ready to open we can’t wait to welcome you back.

We have been working closely with our store teams and you’ll notice a few changes so you can shop with confidence and ensure we continue to look after each other.

Social distancing signage has been placed throughout the Centre as well as queuing signage for some stores. We are asking shoppers to keep left with markers on the floors and staircases to assist and to be patient using stairs, escalators and lifts. If the Centre becomes too busy, we may ask you to wait outside until visitor numbers reduce.

You can watch a short video of some of the measures we have put in place here
