Parking Facilities
The car park has 350 spaces. On the lower level there are 22 spaces for drivers with disabilities, located directly opposite the glass lift which services all floors. In addition, 6 mother and baby parking spaces with safe rear access are provided on the lower level near the customer lifts.

Toilets
Toilet facilities are provided in the centre, both disabled and baby changing facilities are available.
There is a disabled toilet on the upper mall, next to New Look. Radar keys are available to buy from the Tourist Information centre on the lower mall, also from the Shopmobility shop, outside the Brunswick Centre on Somerset Terrace.
A baby changing room is located by the public and disabled toilets on the upper mall.
Baby Changing Facilities
Baby changing facilities are available on the upper mall near the main public toilets.
Bottle Warming
Bottle warming is available in the Debenhams restaurant on the 1st floor.
Shop mobility / Accessibility
We offer a manual wheelchair lending service for use within the shopping centre, to reserve and book this service please call Centre Management on 01723 371777 or call into the Centre Management suite, on the upper level next to Debenhams. We will ask you for a form of identification and a small deposit.
Alternatively you can hire a motorised or manual wheelchair for use in the town centre by calling the Shopmobility shop on 01723 369910. Shopmobility are based at the back of the Brunswick Shopping Centre on Somerset Terrace. The office is open Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 4.00pm and booking is advisable.
